Course Description

This course is designed to provide court interpreters with the knowledge and skills necessary to interpret legal and procedural language in trust and estate litigation, including complex petitions such as Heggstad Petitions, petitions to modify trusts, petitions for the appointment of a trustee, 850 Petitions, abatement of gifts, Slayer Clauses, and petitions for conservatorship under substituted judgment.
