Live Classes
(Instructor-led webinars, hybrid trainings, and in-person workshops)
- A $50 non-refundable fee applies due to early access to course materials.
- If you cannot attend, you may:
- Transfer to another live class or continuing education course of equal value (CE units)
- No cancellations or refunds will be issued once the class has started.
Self-Study Courses
(Non-instructor-led trainings, on demand courses, and recorded classes)
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a course is purchased or accessed.
- Exchanges may be granted for a course of equal or lesser value (CE units) in cases of purchase errors or qualifying circumstances.
- Exchange requests must be submitted via email to support@gf-interpreting.com.
- Credit will apply only to the final course selected after the exchange.
Course Completion Requirements
Instructor-Led Courses:
Certificates are issued upon successful completion. Courses must be attended within the same year of purchase on available dates offered by GF Interpreting (GFISS).
- Self-Study Courses: Courses and required exams must be completed and passed by January of 2027.
If you are unsure about course validity or applicability in your state, please consult your local court interpreter certification authority.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in invalid course credits and potential licensure consequences. GF Interpreting (GFISS) is not responsible for outcomes related to missed deadlines or non-compliance with state requirements.
